Head of Sales HRS Job in Karachi

Qualification Required:Degree educated

Professional Experience:8-10 years of experience in Health Insurance

Principal Accountability:

  • Keep track of the daily sales activities & leads of the sales team.
  • Ensure profitable sales targets through each sales channel as approved in the company’s business plan for each FY.
  • Responsible for the sales force meeting their respective sales targets as approved in the company’s business plan for each FY.
  • Responsible for recovery and collection of premiums within the time frame stipulated according to the company policy.
  • Responsible for all sales agreements that the company engages in with other companies.
  • Maintain client acquisition within the parameters of the approved business plan for each FY.
  • Take complete ownership of the corporate sales process and function.
  • Identify new business opportunities and aggressively pursue them to closure.
  • Represent the firm well with complete knowledge of the products and our operating procedures.
  • Develop key alliances with industry partners for sales and co-branding.
  • Generate brand awareness techniques and participate in charitable events, community involvement, support for various diseases etc.
  • Demonstrate value of AC products to the lowest common denominator and not just large group employers.
  • Contribute towards product development that distinguishes AC from the current industry.
  • To conform and deliver on the company’s marketing and promotional strategies.
  • To actively pursue and promote AC as the market leader in its health care products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate and coach direct reports
  • Regulatory and statutory knowledge
  • Ability to use industry IT systems to efficiently deliver sales

Remuneration Package & Other Details: PKR 150,000- 200,000
