Production Reporting Specialist Job in Karachi Gender : Male Qualification Required : ICMA education background Professional Experience : 2-3 years in the same role Principal Accountability :

Enter production data into ERP system, prepare and publish the production form
Organize and administrate production meetings on a daily basis
Extract weekly, monthly and yearly production and performance reports from ERP program, re-report them to relevant employees and email them to the HQ if required
Inform machine operators about production targets and actuals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Check machine counters on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and control the accuracy
Enter/get entered downtime data into the system ODKS
Supervise cleanliness and order at the production area, inform related managers about irregularities
Ensure that an audit plan is done for implementations such as 5S, TPM, etc.
Take role in making the production budget, execute plans according to budget
Ensure that the info boards at the production area are kept up-to-date and clean
Adjust bag and carton sizes suitable for products
Respect OHS rules and instructions
