Minimum Education:
MBA Degree in HR discipline is preferred

Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience, preferably in banking industry

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ability to gauge required key attributes during interviews. • Ability to assess and match the position with the right profile. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent verbal and communication skills along with team management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Summary:

Position will be responsible for managing complete recruitment function against the assigned segment in the bank (Retail & Islamic Bank) and ensure its alignment with HR and Banks¿ business strategy and to design induction programs to attract and recruit the desired quality of people at different levels

Key Responsibilities:

• To liaise with businesses and RBHs regarding HR needs and endeavour to maintain a partnering relationship (Retail & Islamic). •Identify staff vacancies and recruit via (a) internal job posts, (b) external job posts / job advertisements, (c) candidate searches & to further shortlist and refer suitable candidates to the businesses. •Ensure timely processing of hiring cases within the defined TAT. In case of delays, escalation of the same with line manager / business / regional coordinators. •To negotiate financial offers after setting incumbents compensation package (salary + grade) with the candidates and ensure financial offers are in line with grading structures and candidates¿ qualifications and experience keeping in view the internal parity. •Suggest new work flows from time to time to improve the service delivery standards. •To ensure that no compliance / Audit objection / observations are raised during / after internal or external audit against the assigned segment.
