  Minimum Education: Candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a reputable institute. Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in the Consumer Banking industry. During this period the candidate must have handled day to day assessment / analytical activities of the department. Pertinent exposure in Credit related functions / MIS / collateral documentation / secured lending processes would be an added advantage. Eligibility: • Proficient in communication skills. • Solid analytical skills.     Job Summary: The applicant will assist Credit Policy Manager in modifying / updating consumer credit policies in line with the changing market and regulatory environment for managing risk at a portfolio level and minimizing bank losses in general   Key Responsibilities:   • Assist in ensuring the implementation of the respective products credit policy and make necessary modifications as per regulatory requirements. Ongoing portfolio monitoring/management. •Assist his / her line manager in portfolio monitoring/management. •Assist in ensuring that the losses are kept within the budgeted numbers for the respective product. •Assist in outlining risk management policies in line with the regulatory framework and risk management techniques. •Liaise with cross functional units for routine matters. •Assist in the renewal of cross functional process manuals •Assist Policy Manager for external and & internal reviews.
