Job Title: Business Manager - Home Remittance & Fee Income Total Position: One Group Retail Bank Job Type Permanent Job Location: Karachi Minimum Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in business. Masters degree holder will be preferred Minimum Experience: Five to six years of Product management experience Job Summary: To plan & implement business strategies that contributes to the overall mission/objective of the Bank in terms of profitability and visibility of home remittance products along with managing the fee income revenue line of Retail Bank. Implement Home remittance business plans & strategies, translating into a sustainable growth for maximizing the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Product management & enhancements, for Home Remittance products.
• Product designing, development and enhancements as per the guidelines issued by the regulator as applicable.
•Close coordination with RB field, Operations, IT, Genesis, Fincon and other relevant cross functional businesses for overall product management.
•Managing, designing and developing of marketing collateral for Home Remittance products.
•Managing and improving Fee Income line of Retail Bank along with exploring new avenues.
•Conducting trainings for field staff and managing road shows.
•Strong IT knowledge and should posses excellent inter personal skills.
•Must be proficient in oral / written business communication & presentation skills.
•Manage & provide leadership to his/her team.
