TRF has regular consulting opportunities for both individual consultants and firms. We are looking for qualified individuals with experience in health and social sectors. We are specifically interested in the following areas:

- Health policy advice and strategic planning in the health sector
- Private public partnerships in the health sector
- Health project and campaign design, budgeting and planning
- Primary health care systems including service delivery protocols and quality of care
- Design and implementation of pre- service and in-service trainings for health care providers
- Applied research
- Public financial management
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Procurement of technical assistance
- Procurement of goods and services
- Logistics and supply management
- Institutional capacity assessment and strengthening
- Governance
- Decentralisation devolution/restructuring
- Communication
- Behaviour change
- Curriculum design (health)
- Database design and maintenance
