Provincial Coordinator TRF Job in Quetta

TRF project is funded by United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) and Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) to support government’s health systems for providing quality health care, particularly to the poor and marginalised, with focus on women and children. TRF requires services of a Coordinator to work closely with Department of Health, health programmes and district administrations to help identify strategic needs for Technical Assistance (TA), support the TA provided and build government’s capacity in identified areas. She/he will work closely with other donor initiatives and TRF technical team in Islamabad, and represent TRF in deliberations with government. Master’s degree in Public Health or equivalent with speciality in health systems development
10 years experience of managing programmes in health sector preferred
Substantial knowledge of government systems and procedures, provincial health reform initiatives, health programmes and devolved systems
Knowledge of donor supported project management procedures is an advantage
Strong management and team building skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
Excellent proficiency in English {oral and written) and use of Microsoft Office.
