Health Systems Officer TRF Job in Karachi

TRF project is funded by United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) and Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) to support government’s health programmes for providing quality health care, particularly to the poor and marginalised, with focus on women and children. TRF requires Health Systems Officer to work closely with Health Departments in Karachi and Quetta working under the overall supervision of TRF Provincial Coordinator, including programmes and district governments to help identify strategic needs for Technical Assistance (TA), support the TA provided and build government’s capacity for TA procurement and management. Requirements: Master’s degree in Public Health

5 years experience of policy and strategy development and health systems strengthening
Substantial knowledge of government systems and procedures, provincial health reform initiatives, health programs and the devolved system
Knowledge of donor’s supported project management procedures is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills,
And ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders;
Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written)
And use of Microsoft Office are required.
