Education & Experience:

  1. Graduate (B-Com/BS – Computer Sciences/ACCA) preferably Masters from a recognized university
  2. 2 – 3 years’ experience in Banking Industry, Hands-on experience of various Baking Systems.

Technical Skills: 

  1. Good understanding with regulatory guidelines, banking operations.
  2. Ability to develop Requirement Specification Document (BRS/SRS).
  3. Ability to develop Data flow, Database diagram using CASE tools.
  4. Ability to develop process flow diagrams.
  5. Ability to convert business requirement specification documents into functional/technical specification documents.
  6. Adequate computer learning with excellent skills in MS Office and knowledge of the banking systems.
  7. Ability to restructure the informative data.
  8. Technical writing skills.

Behavioural Skills: 

  1. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Time Management skills and ability to handle pressure.
  3. Problem solving and analytical skills
