Education & Experience:

  1. MS – Computer Sciences/MBA/CA/ACCA from a recognized university.
  2. 10-12years’ experience in Business Process Re-Engineering within Banking Industry.
  3. Hands-on experience of various Baking Systems.

Technical Skills: 

  1. Ability to develop System/Functional Requirement Specification Documents (BRS/SRS)QAT&UAT of Software Quality Assurance Documentation, implementation plans for new or existing Software applications.
  2. Ability to identify IT and business risks and assesses the adequacy of control procedures and processes by using appropriate best practices i.e. COSO, ISACA.
  3. Ability to Re-Engineer the tools/ templates for better monitoring of operational activities.
  4. Clear understanding with regulatory guidelines, corporate laws, bank operations and operational guidelines.
  5. Good understanding of bank’s business processes related to General/Retail Banking, Cash Management Ops, Consumer Banking Products and Customer Services.
  6. Capable of implementing/execution of plans effectively.
  7. Ability to review Gap Analysis, conduct Walkthroughs and document them.
  8. Ability to develop a Project Implementation Plan setting out the work schedule on the basis of gaps identified during Diagnostic Project and scope of the projects required to be undertaken by the bank.
