    Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree – Preferably with LLB

    Experience: 3-5 years.

    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Protect Organization from Legal exposure / losses with regards to workers / labours
    • Strategize and execute IR policy and processes with regards to tariff and non tariff areas
    • Supervise and control workers level related matters starting from recruitment, compensation, engagement, T & D, grievance management, performance and conduct enquires, terminations and separations across the group
      • Manage unit teams / personnel, IR, Admin & Security
      • Management reporting and interaction

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Knowledge & implementation of Labor laws and Factory Act
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Liaison in between Management and workers
    • Ability to maintain strict discipline at floor
    • Security and Safety Measurement
