Job Detail

    • Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR

      Industry: Power Generation                                      

      Qualification: Bachelors in HR

      Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Understanding the business processes, their implications on HR needs and providing strategic input on organization structures and JD evaluation
      • Develop an understanding with Business Unit to address its concerns 
      • Ensure timely recruitment of competent resources
      • Performing employee related activities for resolving employee grievances and proving them with HR support
      • Timely processing of Annual Performance Appraisals

       

      Skills and Competencies:

      • Excellent communication skills
      • Ability to develop strategic management plans
      • Understanding of all HR functions
      • Ability to work within defined timelines with proactive approach of taking up projects
      • Ability to work independently
      • Proficiency in MS Office
