Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR

Industry: Power Generation

Qualification: Bachelors in HR

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position

Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Understanding the business processes, their implications on HR needs and providing strategic input on organization structures and JD evaluation
- Develop an understanding with Business Unit to address its concerns
- Ensure timely recruitment of competent resources
- Performing employee related activities for resolving employee grievances and proving them with HR support
- Timely processing of Annual Performance Appraisals
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop strategic management plans
- Understanding of all HR functions
- Ability to work within defined timelines with proactive approach of taking up projects
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office
