Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Understanding the business processes, their implications on HR needs and providing strategic input on organization structures and JD evaluation
- Develop an understanding with Business Unit to address its concerns
- Ensure timely recruitment of competent resources
- Performing employee related activities for resolving employee grievances and proving them with HR support
- Timely processing of Annual Performance Appraisals
