Experience: 10-12 years of rich HR Operations experience preferably with an MNC or a leading Bluechip company. Candidates with experience in manufacturing setup are also eligible to apply.
Job Description:
- Promote a philosophy of putting customer needs first at every opportunity and to put in place operational excellence initiatives within HR to achieve it.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
- Work in partnership with senior management team(s) in order to identify ‘workforce’ requirements.
- Use measuring process /HR metrics to measure the success of key initiatives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations..
- Advise line management on policies and procedures and provide effective solutions to cater to business requirements.
- Manage reward and recognition processes and tools and ensure utilization for effective results.
- Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues
