Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Sound experience in setting up and running operations of HR service function like Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Policies etc.
- Very good knowledge of global and local HR business processes and understanding of underlying HR data flows.
- Familiarity with common HR IT solutions such especially in payroll and time.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
Skills and Competencies:
- High customer orientation and advisory attitude.
- Stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to build up strong relationships with senior leaders.
- High level of assertiveness and drive combined with professional conflict management skills.
