      Industry: Banking                            

      Location: Quetta

      Qualification: Minimum Masters in Business Management or social sciences.  

      Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience having a composition of Micro financing and commercial banking at least 2 years in a supervisory role.        

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Monitor the marketing of all financial services/ products offered by the Bank, and deposit mobilization activities to achieve yearly budgeted targets.
      • Ensure proper credit evaluation, loan disbursement loan recovery and that measures are taken to avoid reoccurrence.
      • Actively take the feedback of the participatory needs assessment report to provide an in-depth analysis of the poverty profile of the targeted area to the senior management.
      • Identify and develop leads for deposits mobilization
      • Ensure discrepancies identified by the Internal Audit are rectified
      • Ensure that operations of the branch are in compliance with the prudential regulations, bank’s internal policies, OPG and other regulatory requirements
      • Ensure necessary reports and forms are completed as per the central bank requirements/regulations and ensure that all internal and external requirements are completed within the agreed deadlines.
      • Ensure proper backups of critical data as per the IT policy and procedures
      • Control cash in vault and signs the cash register daily
      • Supervise and monitor risk management, risk assessment, credit authorization and collection activities of the Branch as per the approved manual.
      • Ensure rotation plan for staff to diversify skills and contribute professional growth
      • Evaluate performance semi-annually of direct reports and participate in the appraisals of all the operational staff in the branch
      • Monitor all types of account opening, sample review, cash of branches (excess/short) and KYC review as per policy.
