Job Description
- Coordinating the school and college curriculum in line with benchmarked institutions and in consultation with all academic staff
- Bringing in modern techniques & contents in syllabus on regular basis.
- Workforce planning
- Staff Hiring & Assessment Centers
- Introducing innovative and best teaching methods and learning strategies
- Coordinating in-house and outsourced trainings
- Facilitates the progress, design and delivery of system wide academic matters
- HR policies implementation in coordination with HR
- Liaison with academic staff in respect of academic issues
- Centralized Examination system is introduced.
- To conduct the formal assessment of teachers for the purpose of their appraisal
- Coordinating and monitoring examinations and marking pertaining to the program
- Develops Program Rules, policies on examination and assessment
- Teacher’s JD & responsibility delegation in coordination with HR
- Complete work plan preparation and implementation
- Coordinating and monitoring the teacher’s schedule and activities
- Planning of lessons
