    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • GTES Claims verification as per Travelling Policy and processing of claims/ payment follow up.
    • Verifying and processing GTES claims as per SOP, follow up and make sure the payment within deadlines.
    • Maintaining record of all field force mileage & YTD expenses.
    • Assisting line manager for budget forecast & GTES.
    • Making presentations for different departmental spent according to line manager’s requirements.
    • Budgeting analysis & proper record of all GTES claims.
    • Generating Purchase Requisitions for all procurements of every department on ARIBA System & follow up for approval.
    • Any special task given by the line manager.

     

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Fluent in English
    • An ambitious and hardworking individual with a dynamic personality.
    • Able to work on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
