  Experience: 3-5 years experience as supervisor in manufacturing with
  
    a chemical, pharmaceutical or petrochemical company
  
  Job Description:
  - Manage production orders and supervise production activities as per production plan to ensure availability of products
  - Ensure implementation of quality and HSE standards in all activities
  - To maximize productivity and supervise waste management activities
  - Monitor material consumption variances to control wastages within set targets and send monthly report to production manager
  - Responsible to implement production excellence initiatives and coordinate with production excellence lead
  - Maintain complete documentation and record of all production activities, such as Formulation/packing Log sheets, Shift report, wastage report, activity, incineration report, etc.
  - To prepare and update Bill of Material for all products and packs
  - To prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures for all production operations
  - Line clearance and material management.
  - Monitoring of spillage control box
