      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Reviewing current work practices to identify areas in which quality or productivity could be improved.
      • Conducting internal quality audits
      • Coordinating systems to monitor customer satisfaction levels.
      • Working with customers to resolve quality issues
      • Working with suppliers to resolve quality issues
      • Monitoring the manufacturing process at different stages
      • Writing reports on test results and quality problems
      • Identify inconsistencies and discover their causes

       

      Skills and Competencies:

      • SMART Thinking
      • Multiple Task Handler
      • Able to work on MS Office (word, excel, PPT etc)
