Specialist Employee Relations and Compliance

Qualification: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR
Experience: Have at least 04 years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Manage employee grievances through counseling and escalations to drive positive employee relationships
- Coordinate with all stakeholders including employees, line managers and HR members to handle and resolve all grievances effectively and within timelines
- Ensure effective utilization of grievance systems for documenting employee grievances and issues for accurate reporting and record keeping
- Investigate violation of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and codes of conduct for ensuring uniform handling of such cases and adequate closure within timelines
- Be the focal point for all compliance related concerns and queries in light of respective processes and policies and ensure information recording and confidentiality
- Generate reports on a regular basis, to keep the respective stakeholders informed of the progress on grievance and compliance cases
- Work with relevant departments to develop an effective compliance training program for employee awareness on a regular basis
- Work with the local compliance officer and provide expert opinion to HR recruiters for conflict free recruitment process
- Record all approved conflict of interest cases and keep an active tab on all such cases to ensure a track and avoid any possible COI related issues during the tenure of said employees
