Designation: IR Outreach Consultant

Industry: Power Generation                                      

Qualification: Graduate, preferably majors in IR

Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar position

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• To visit different offices fortnightly to ensure high morale, conduct and discipline of the workers
• Understand group dynamics and maintain industrial peace and Union-Management relations
• Develop a network of contacts, at different levels, to understand the departmental incidents and concerns of the workers
• To visit canteens and ensure that set standards are being met.
• Address the grievances and issues of the workers
• Submit a monthly report on the Outreach activities and performance of designated officers
• Initiate different projects to improve the harmony between Management and workers

Skills and Competencies:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships with people
• Understanding of all IR functions
• Ability to work within defined timelines with proactive approach of taking up projects
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office
