Responsibilities & Authorities:
Performance Management
- Assist employees in all phases of Performance Management cycle, objective setting, midyear review and final year evaluation.
- Coordinate with IT Department for resolving any technical issue related to P&DD and ensuring availability of the P&DD system in all phases.
Compensation & Benefit
- Assist HR Manager in formation and implementation of comp and Ben Strategy.
- Participate in remuneration surveys to collect information about employee’s compensation, including salary and benefits in market.
- Assist HR Manager in increments of management, non-management, company contract and third party contract employees by preparing increment sheets, increment and promotion history, bell curve implementation, calibration meeting and relevant market / inflation data.
- Manage Payroll in coordination with the finance department.
Benefits Managements
- Manage the Leave encashment and medical bills.
- Manage employee’s benefits including car, fuel entitlement, mobile phones, Hajj & Umrah and communication charges etc.
Operations
- Manager daily operations of the Department
- Manage HR reporting for MC, BCC and Board meetings
- Manage employees related information (Management, non-management, company contract and third party contract employee’s and attrition lists)
- Supervise HR Budget as per guideline of HR Manager
