Designation: Manager - PMO
Qualification: Masters or Engineering graduate from a HEC recognized university
Experience: Minimum 4 years experience
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Supervise and lead the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and to ensure that the initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team
- Establish and implement Issue and Change Management procedures
- Establish and implement methodology for getting project status updates from project managers
- Ensure monitoring and controlling of projects so that to meet agreed scope, timeline and budget
- Training and mentoring of project managers on project management methodologies
- Develop project management competency, management skills and career planning of the team
Skills and Competencies:
- Expert understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline (Integration, Scope, Time, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurement)
- Expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles within the Company
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments
- Experience with applying Lean or Six Sigma tools and techniques to process improvement projects
- Proficient in MS Office and Oracle Primavera
