      Experience: 4-6 years

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • To ensure full compliance with company’s HSE & S, Ethics and Product stewardship policy, through refresher and continuous communication with team during meetings.
      • To ensure delivery and Volumes targets through effective implementation of sales strategies provided by marketing team during quarterly team and on job coaching of team members.
      • To keep himself abreast with latest market information about own portfolio, competitors and key customer groups to update marketing team to revaluate the strategy
      • Effectively compiles data from the market place.
      • To enhance the competence level of team on product and competition knowledge through on Job coaching of team and to ensure the effective implementation of Marketing Strategies
      • To make efficient market visit plan and Professionals and Farmers gatherings with team to develop strong relations with Farmers & Professionals and explore innovative ways
      • To arrange and conduct the Monthly Sales Promotion meetings in the region to review performance and abreast team of latest market developments
      • To ensure effective utilization of controllable expense to achieved the budgets.
      •  Contribute in the smooth operational functions in the region
      • Monitor and maintain stocks inventory at branches to ensure all orders are supplies on time without any involvement of stock and cash handling of team members.
      • To coordinate with the distribution channels for timely execution of both institutional and retail order of the region to get the maximum output from the field force activities.
      • Contribute in the arrangement of best available human resource from the market for timely hiring at vacant positions in the region by maintaining a pool of potential candidates at all times.

      • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel
