Designation: Regional Manager HR

Location: Lahore and Karachi

Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s in Human resource Management.

Experience: minimum 7 years of relevant work experience

 

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using HR systems and processes in collaboration with the line managers, as well as conduct HR Interviews.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a professional and effective manner.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

• Should have sound coaching and counseling skills
• Should be able to plan and organize tasks effectively
• Should have strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Should be able to analyze and think strategically
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
