Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using HR systems and processes in collaboration with the line managers, as well as conduct HR Interviews.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a professional and effective manner.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Should have sound coaching and counseling skills
