1. Critical governance of product and technology initiatives
2. Provide overall portfolio management and resource management
3. Establish and maintain a project approval process, with clear acceptance criteria
4. Establish transparency and confidence across the organization
5. Improve the predictability and reliability of program execution
6. Be aware of project management product and technology changes in marketplace

2. Expertise of banking applications 
3. Software Product Market and Competitive Intelligence
4. Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and problem solving skills
5. Good understanding of features/functions of leading banking products

Technical Skills: 

1. Certified Scrum Master
2. PMP Certified

Education & Experience: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in science, technical or software field
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise software Program Management roles
3. Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs including projects run on agile methodology
