Education & Experience:

1. Graduate (B-Com/BS – Computer Sciences/ACCA) preferably Masters from a recognized university
2. 2 - 3 years’ experience in Banking Industry, Hands-on experience of various Baking Systems.

Technical Skills: 

1. Good understanding with regulatory guidelines, banking operations and operational guidelines.
2. Adequate computer learning with excellent skills in MS Office and knowledge of the banking systems.
3. Ability to restructure the informative data according to Author-it requirements, import the same into Author-it software and then publish it into Author-it Aspect.
4. Ability to build the Index entries from Topic Headings & hyperlink reference points and then link those entries to Books.
5. Technical writing skills

Behavioural Skills: 

1. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
2. Time Management skills and ability to handle pressure.
3. Problem solving and analytical skills
