    Experience: Having 5 to 7 years of experience working with reputable pharmaceutical. Must have 1 to 2 years experience on the role of group product manager/senior business manager.

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for all marketing related activities including Budgeting, Forecasting and logical implementation of marketing tools.
    • Maintain and develop coordination with all concerned departments for timely availability of resources (Products) for timely launch
    • Overall responsibility of marketing & business development work covering overall portfolio of products and entire locations where the company is operating.
    • Responsible for managing the performance of distribution, promotional and marketing campaigns through marketing & sales team.
    • Responsible for overall brand building of products and corporate image along involvement of respective team members.
    • Setting the strategic, tactical and functional objectives of the company and individual products.
    • Development and proper execution of marketing plans with a strategic vision and with the market dynamics in mind.
    • Budgeting, planning and forecasting that includes the overall elements of Marketing objectives, sales and financial figures supported by the marketing strategies and plans.
    • Timely implementation of brand & corporate marketing strategies.
    • Managing the performance of field force.
    • Ensuring that branding aspects, sales management and promotional activities of the core products remain in close harmony while initiated and done precisely by the team.
    • Continuously identifying unique and innovative ideas for the development of new products and transforming these ideas into actual finish products.
