- Learn and Practice employee hiring process (including preparing job description, understanding position requirement, identifying targets, position announcement on different mediums, headhunting, short listing matching candidates, telephonic and face to face interviews, behavioral interviews, technical testing and assessment, candidate profiling, employment documentation, etc).
- Learn and practice employee management process (including understanding statuary employment requirements, HRMS, leave, attendance, payroll, etc.).
- Learn and practice employment verification
