      Job Description

       Assist in scheduling and administering organizational surveys and providing analytical support to senior managers for effective decision making focus on developing OD/HR solutions focused on addressing various organizational challenges. Running and managing OD processes and ensures their reach and appropriate use across the organization.

      Developing a High Performance Culture:

      • Schedule and administer culture survey
      • Conduct comprehensive analysis based on the survey results
      • Coordinate and schedule action-planning workshops with all stakeholders in the organization
      • Conduct action-planning workshops across the organization
      • Follow-up progress with all stakeholders

      Manage Organization Design & Change:

      • Review organizational design on a regular basis and provide continuous analyses on the impact of design/structure on business performance
      • Regularly analyze the impact or effect of organizational strategies on the structure and suggest alternatives
      • Ensure that organizational data on ground (Headcount, Hierarchy, Reporting lines etc.) is reflected accurately in the  respective systems

      Solution Development:

      • Ensure that we are able to develop and deliver solutions according to the HR/OD challenges being faced by the
      • organization
      • Ensure that customer requirements/needs are reflected in the solutions we offer
      • Ensure that solutions we offer have a buy-in across all stakeholders in the organization

      Performance Management:

      • Ensure that the performance management process is run as stipulated, following all the steps contained within
      • Ensure compliance to the performance management process & system
      • Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls

      Skills and Competencies

      • Strong exposure to various OD interventions
      • Experience in Need Gap Analysis studies and architecting initiatives aimed at addressing them
      • Proficient in operating MS Office suite
      • Project Management
      • Must have experienced in PeopleSoft
