    • Designation: Manager Transmission Lines

      Qualification: BE Electrical

      Experience: 5 year of related experience (Transmission Lines Construction)

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Assign work to AMs / technical staff regarding KESC EHT Network especially Transmission Lines (220 & 132 KV).
      • Technical Evaluation Technical bids.
      • Looks after EHT System Planning & Development Plans.
      • Pre-bidding & Post Bidding Technical Clarifications for Projects of Transmission Lines with Vendors.
      • Well familiar with Local Laws & Electricity Regulations.
      • Well familiar with IEC, BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, VDE Standards.
      • Verification of System Calculations / Design verification.
      • Technical review / Analysis of offered Project of Transmission Lines — all materials.
      • Review of Design Drawings, Data & documents.
      • Preparation of Proposals & Presentations.
      • Maintain discipline of the section according to KESC Rules.
      • HSEQ Policy Implementation & pursuance.
      • Perform any other task relating to official duty assigned by DGM / GM (Implementation) & Director PID.
      • Preparation of Contract Documents with all supporting material.
      • Keep Confidentiality of the Work.
      • Proper knowledge of design software’s & their applications.
      • Supervision experience of Transmission Line Projects.
      • Preparation of Check Sheets, FAT protocols, Inspection & Test Plans, Site Tests etc.
