  Qualification: Masters degree in Business Management or Supply chain from a reputable institute

  Experience:  At least 10 years of experience

  Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Responsible for effective management of complete life-cycle of Procurement & Contracts related to Marketing, Sales and distribution, Customer Care.
  • Providing start to end Contract administration support to assigned contracts in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Acting as Local category manager on a program being introduced by Vimpelcom for bringing in efficiencies and cost savings through Global Indirect Procurement Cost Reduction Program for Marketing and Media in BUs to realize the targeted savings with below initiatives for Global pitch participation from Pakistan.
  • Managing Brand activation projects ranging pitching of well reputed activation agencies, their evaluation and assessment, obtaining a varied perspective in terms of obtaining better proposals/ideas and project implementation ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Contributing in strategic projects discussion with Commercial Division to formulate the strategy to move forward for the proper execution of upcoming campaigns/ activations.
  • Monitors and ensures the business provisions of assigned contracts are administered to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Participates in special projects as required & assigned by Director SCM Department.
  • Updating management about the project highlights and status updates on weekly basis in management meeting.
  • Team development and professional grooming of team members through trainings and mentoring sessions.
  • Gathering information from end-user for cost reduction & addressing Queries from Vendors/ End-User
