    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of online services. Web-design and development background is mandatory.

    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Develop solutions and plans project life-cycle and resource availability for new and existing web properties
    • Supervise web-team including editors, designers, developers, search engine optimizers and other members.
    • Lead all the processes from web design and development to marketing (including search engine optimization and social media marketing).
    • Suggest marketing and optimization techniques in efficient manner and popular trends.
    • Explore, evaluate and design solutions as per project requirements.
    • Provide project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

    Technical Skills:

    • HTML5 and CSS3
    • PHP (May develop websites using PHP such as Ecommerce sites, Membership sites, Social Networking sites, etc)
    • Databases Integration and Updating (MySql etc.)
    • CMS (WordPress, Drupal etc)
    • Website Design (Adobe Photoshop etc.)
    • Mobile Application Development
    • SEO Knowledge.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Good inter-personal and communication skills
