      Qualification: MBA (Finance) or Graduate

      Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance

      Job Description:

      • Fund Management:
        • Maintain fund/liquidity for all banks on daily basis.
        • Identify new banking lines (as per liquidity/fund requirements)
        • Manage cash flow and placement of surplus funds.
        • Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns
        • Provide investment advices, tactics and recommendations
      • Employees (Bulk) and Corporate Account opening in any bank all over Pakistan.
      • Salary / Payroll / Fund disbursement & printing of employees salary cheques for all clients.
      • Prepare monthly projected Cash flow client wise.
      • Preparing Vender Payment and cheques
      • Maintain and Issue new cheque books.
      • Obtain banking waiver charges for company and employees.
      • Stop cheques with reversal employee salary from all banks.
      • Handling employees bank related queries.
      • Liaison with banks
      • Preparing legal documents and prospectuses
      • Liaison with accountants, lawyers and financial experts.

      Skills and Competencies:

      • Excellent communication and problem solving skills (internal and external customers).
      • Extensive Banking knowledge
      • Good management skills
      • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people
