Designation: Senior Managing Lead (MM/DM)

Qualification: Masters or Engineering graduate from a HEC recognized university 

Experience: Minimum 4 years experience

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Responsible for developing business blue print document
• Finalize Business Process definition with Process owner
• Responsible for managing efficient testing and training
• Maintain optimum level of functional and technical services to internal customers by ensuring Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met
• Critically analyze problem sets and develop problem solving strategies
• Configure the system and validate the design; obtain buy-in from both the business process owners and end users, and track error for resolution
• Plan, prioritize and utilize resources, effectively and economically in order to ensure consistent and quality services
• Coordinate with other Functional experts for Integration related issues
