e-Banking Officer SME Bank Job
Major Responsibilities-
Responsible for day to day smooth operations of the ATM Switch systems to ensure least down time.

Responsible for day to day smooth operations of the Online Banking systems to ensure least down time.

Consolidate the ATM cards request data files received from branches.

Forward the consolidated ATM cards request data file to Mnet after approval from dept. Head MIS
-
Import into Database the ATM cards data file received from MCB.
-
Activate the customer cards on confirmation from Operations Division.

Provide responsive and solid remote/onsite technical support in application installation and configuration, replication and diagnosis of customer problems via email and phone
-
Trouble-shoot problems on the ATM switch

Resolve issues related to ATM cards.

Maintains related files and control records.
-
Help develop support infrastructure and improve internal support tools.

Must continue to develop technical expertise in in-house developed and procured product lines.

Follow laid down MIS processes and ensure adherence to Problem Management & Change Management procedures by self and team

Conduct Research and Development work within the scope of work.

Perform other related duties as required.

Bachelor in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
-
2 years experience, including 1 year in the ATM department of a commercial bank is a must
