Assistant Manager Creative Development Together Job in Lahore
Job Description: Responsible to create and develop collateral in line with marketing strategies. Candidates must have command in written and spoken English and Urdu with minimum qualification of a Master’s degree. The candidates should have a professional experience of atleast two years in creative writing with one year in a managerial position. Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts, ideas for campaigns and various marketing materials.
- Creating, implementing campaigns and communications material.
- Editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications.
- Conduct and coordinate market research for various resource materials.
- Monitor activities and trends.
- Measure the success of all campaigns and publications.
- Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
- Provide leadership in the workplace and demonstrate high standards of performance in creative projects
- Planning and implementation of creative development tasks
- Participate in, and facilitate work team/group
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- Superior professionalism, judgment and strong work ethics
- Create opportunities for the team members
- Identify training need for team members
