Brand Manager Required Aurixis Job in Karachi
My client is a leading Pakistan’s confectionery company, providing a range of products throughout the year. They`re looking for a Brand Manager to join their team, and drive forward the Pakistan’s and International business.

Responsibilities:
– Develop annual brand plans, including 3 year plans and re-launch
– Instrumental in development of seasonal product ranges
– Hold strategic meetings with senior stakeholders to drive decision making
– Promote development of exclusive lines for specific retailers
– Create collateral that Sales team can present to retailers
– Provide market insight to drive new opportunities
– Brief factory development teams accordingly
– Brief design and packaging teams on new seasonal ranges
– Always be on the lookout for new ideas!
Candidate Specification:
– Brand Management experience with MBA in Marketing is essential for this role
– Range development experience, based on category insights and innovation
– Strong presentation skills
– Persuasive and a great communicator
– Can communicate well at all levels within the business
– Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
