Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced and career driven Marketing Manager, with previous digital marketing, CRM and ROI experience to join one of Pakistan`s largest and most successful manufacturing companies.
Based in Karachi, you will support the sales mangers across Pakistan whilst helping to create the company`s marketing department.
This is a stand-alone role; there is no current marketing team in place. The main function of this role will be to build and develop the marketing department
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Plan, develop and produce marketing materials and support implementation around the business
- Drive the development and implementation of the company`s marketing strategy in order to build profile and achieve business acquisition targets
- Measure ROI on all marketing activities and take appropriate action to improve performance
- Provide input into the development of the national marketing and communications strategy for Business Growth Service
- Create and implement from scratch a new CRM database/strategy for client acquisition
- Manage tactical marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and inbound calls, focused on customer acquisition, retention and development
As Marketing Manager you will be:
- Degree educated – ideally you will have an MBA in Marketing
- Significant ROI analysis is required along with solid experience in Google AdWords, Analytics, SEO and PPC
- Previous experience working within an manufacturing or similar B2B marketing environment (essential)
- A self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast past environment that is continually changing
