Monitoring & Evaluation Officer PHC Job in Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Additional Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) in preparation of Monthly and Annual Monitoring & Evaluation Plan
  • Proper planning, scheduling & coordination within & across department
  • Provide support in development of Monitoring & Evaluation standards
  • Support the Monitoring & Evaluation team in development & implementation of SOP’s for Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Regular filed visits for Monitoring & Evaluation of Healthcare Establishments (HCE’s)
  • Supervision of data/information management for creation and updating of planning documents for Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Coordinate for generation of draft and subsequent reports.
  • Responsible for any other assignment given by the management.

 
 

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 16 Years of Education in Medical Field/Social Sciences/ Business Administration/Statistics/ Economics or Equivalent from an HEC recognized/accredited institute of a good repute.
  • 5 – 8 years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • Previous experience of working in Monitoring & Evaluation of a hospital or healthcare establishment will be preferred.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records.
  • Excellent skills of using Microsoft Technologies.
