HR Manager Hasnain Tanveer Associate Job in Lahore

Qualification: Master’s in Human resource Management

Experience: at least 8 years of relevant work experience.

 

Responsibilities & Authorities:

Resourcing:

  • Blue and White Collar employees – support managers in defining the roles to be resourced.
  • Guarantee the recruitment process and quality and timeline (SLA) supporting the line managers and recruitment specialists/providers.
  • Participate in interviews and coordinate with SCO functional business partner.

Local benefits:

  • Where applicable, in alignment with the HR BP, and if not centrally handled, guarantee the quality and application of the benefits, with a focus on the blue collar benefits package, and changes to the package.
  • Work with relevant local management teams to propose country average base pay increase.

 

Payroll:

  • Support to cover local process and demands in alignment with rewards SC team. Ensure efficiency and overtime, shift schedule set up.

Labor relations:

  • Main contact with local unions to manage labor relations issues, agreements and represent the company for all demands. Manage regular agreements, grievances and in cooperation with global and SC rewards process managers manage annual salary negotiations.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Should be able to analyze and think strategically
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have sound coaching and counselling skills
  • Should have strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
