Ability to find reasonably cheap labor from the market to complete tasks that need to be completed on an urgent basis.

Ability to source the best dealers in raw materials and to negotiate their prices to the company’s budget.

Ability to produce the assembly of wooden equipment with no flaws, and the perfect attractive finish.

Consistent and hardworking, following up with the furniture until the satisfaction of the company.

Honest and transparent in filing quotations and tenders.

Ability to do all kinds of work associated with the electricians, plumbers, painters and masons etc.

Ability to take care of generators, boilers, washing machines, cooking ranges and other household electronics, machines and equipment.

Ability to understand and create the interior and exterior furnishing of a residence or an office by the company’s basic requirements.

Ability to identify important things that need to be taken care of while moving/closing of a residence or an office, and to identify things that need to be discarded and auctioned (or wasted).

Ability to work in the logistics department as a purchaser, and to source the required quality items in the market and make it available to the company on urgent basis.

Ability to take care of all LTV vehicles and maintain them both mechanically and technically, and to find quality parts for them if required.

Ability to drive all kinds of LTV automobiles including 4-wheel-drive vehicles, armored vehicles and commercial vehicles etc. and hold a valid LTV driving license from Islamabad Traffic Police.
