With great interest, I submit this letter as an application for the post of Child Protection Officer in your organization. With over 10 years of experience in Lectureship and Research along with administration, I believe I would be an excellent candidate for this position within your department.

I have completed my M.Phil in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University. In my course of study, most of the subjects were related to diplomatic services and international affairs, making me capable to opt for a career in International Organizations.

Throughout my experience as a Lecturer at the University of Lahore, Islamabad Campus I have acquired expertise in developing course hand-outs, lectures, and presentations along with formulating project goals, communicating deadlines, developing research reports, analyzing variables, and writing detailed reports while training and overseeing high-performing research team.

I also attended a number of seminars and courses related to Foreign Policy Analysis, Project Appraisal, and Project Monitoring & Evaluation. I have also served as a Lecturer of International Relations, Pakistan Studies, and Political Studies in Private and Government Institutions at times.

My key job details include the following:

· Develop course handouts lectures and presentations.

· Build up professional logistics which helps in improvising the performances of the student.

· Work with other faculty and administrators in developing program curriculum standards and policies including reviewing and participating in the textbook selection process where appropriate.

· Grade papers and tests, prepare exercises, lessons, and lab experiments for the students.

· Teach graduate as well as undergraduate students within their field of expertise.

· Submit the sessional and final results of the students within a week after the midterm/ terminal examination.

· Assist the examination department and make a presence in the examination hall during examinations and in the conduction of entry tests.

· Undertake research duties associated with one or more research projects, which may include, for example i.e. drafting literature reviews and analysis, planning and collating data from expert focus groups, collecting data for case studies, and drafting reports based on the above.

· Provide administrative support to senior project staff in managing Research projects

· Assist with the management of day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.

In addition to the above, I have excellent spoken and written communication skills. I am proficient in MS Office and several other programs. I can handle and protect sensitive and confidential data with integrity. I can work alone or in a team (as per the demand of the project), and I can easily complete research and correlate data on a schedule.
