In my last role I was looking up the arenas of Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement, Policy Development and Training & Development for all Five Units of Lucky Textile Mills Ltd.

My job responsibilities mainly included:

 

Was completely responsible for the planning and execution of entire recruitment process through application of different strategies for different levels and type of hiring, included headhunting for Senior level profiles and execution of bulk hiring projects.

 

Updated and monitored candidate evaluation tests on different stages for different business units, psychometric analysis and personality measurement testing on individual basis.
Interviewing and verification process.
·        Providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process

To design salary package and incentives plans and management of proper job offer deliveries.
To smooth line separation process, exit interviews, resignation reversion, to resolve employee’s grievances and to coordinate with different concerned dept for the subject matters.
Dealing with employees job confirmation process Conducting and creating university drives for the MTO and Junior tier hiring’s
·        Job Analysis of Departmental requirements on the upcoming openings and requirements and keeping it updated in HRMS for all staff

·        Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the candidates

·        Regular updating of communication channels for Employer Branding to reach the best possible resource in the market

·        Conducting Employee Orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities

·        Making Offers and Confirmation of New Joining Team Members

·        For the LuckyOne Mall Onederland project I was involved with Bulk Recruitment drive for CSE hiring and Management positions from Advertising to the onboarding

 

Employer Branding (Gathered 1500 connections on FB Page within two months of Page Launch, Have developed candidate pool of 150 – 200 profiles per day based solely on Social Media advertising)

·        Branding Lucky Textile Mills Ltd on Social Media by creating strong visibility and continuous updates of the Company wide activities related to Recruitment & Employee Engagement. Have been able to attract talent pool from different walks of life using my Branding activities

·        Have established more than 30000 Linkedin Connections

·        Developed company’s Official pages for all the social Media

·        Content development for the Social Media pages and continuous updating on all forums

·        Liaison with Universities for different Branding related initiatives and Recruitment activities

·        Recruitment drives with Engineering & Management universities for MTO hiring

Employee Engagement

·        Centrally looking after the restructuring and Organizational Development

·        Introduced Birthday Wish, Friday Message, EE Services Desk message and Polling activities

·        Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

·        Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns

·        Handling Employee Engagement Services and using it as a platform to engage HR with the employees to bridge the gaps

 

 

Policy & Procedures

As a part of the development Team I am also responsible for:

·        Proof Reading and reviewing policies being developed

·        Developed the drafts for policies (Recruitment, Harassment, Whistle Blowing, Payroll)

Formulation of succession plans of key jobs and prepare employee career development plans. Prepared job descriptions and conducted job evaluation, revamping of organization’s organogram and mapped it according to resource planning aspects.
·        Revamped structure by Reviewing job descriptions for all positions and updating them in consultation with the respective managers

·        Worked on the revamping of Organizational structure and Organograms as per organizational hierarchy requirements

·        Individual Development Plans for Performance evaluation and appraisal cycle

 

Training & Development:

·        Delivered in-house training sessions on Soft Skills, Supervisory Skills and Personal Development

·        Coordinating in Training and Development activities with the Departments internally for arrangement of sessions
