2. Procurement & Vendor Management
3. Relationship Management and Coordination
– I did Recruitment for US (IT, Telecom, Law etc) in an outsourced firm.
– I am also doing head hunting of candidates against different jobs for local market with reference to Career Pakistan. Sourcing and selecting the right candidate for organization is a tough job. You have to be at your best to get the best.
– In Global Apparel (Pvt) Limited, I had a experience of doing procurement from local and international vendors for denim garments. I use to do multiple task like; arranging departmental meeting, meeting with vendors and managing the store along with store staff.
