 Currently working As Asst.Manager Operations at  KC Flight Catering from 2014.  1 Year Working As Catering Officer in  Kc flight catering Sialkot in 2013.  1 year Working As Finance & Admin Lead in Des Pardes Restaurant, E-11/3, Branch, Islamabad.  2 Year Working As Accountant in DesPardes Restaurant  E-11/3 Markaz Branch Islamabad.  1 Year working as Cash Controller in Des Pardes Restaurant Said Pur Village Islamabad.  Analyzing Catering services, Operations,According to flight schedules,Staff management,Production Management, Monthly Consumptions Meat & Grocery,Transport,Deals in All Catering departments.  Completing operations plan by scheduling and assigning staff establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; Sort out problems; reporting results and improvement.    Lead and direct the production & operations, Stores team and workload.  Provide internal system training to location departments involved in Branch operations. Track and maintain production related Issues & Requirements.  Analyzes work flow stoppages for process improvements, works collaboratively with operations teams in implementing changes.  Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.  Ensure customer (airline client) Satisfaction, Related to food hygiene standards, time management, on time delivery of catering in flight on airport.  Maintaining documents related to flight needed, Vehicle Maintenance, Vehicle permits; staff passes of airside apron. Data entry related to store items, grocery and petty cash. Daily cash management.  Other important task as assigned by Manager Operation & Managing director directly assigned related to Projects, Operations, production.  Deals with Airline:  Shaheen Air international, Pakistan international Airline, Askari aviation services, Airblue international, AirBiz Aviation Services, Gulf Air, Lounge service for Fly Emirates.  Checking and Mataining Store Inventory .  Handling all Quality Assurance Logs, Maintain Q.A Documents and Location HACCP Plans.
