Knowledge of principles and processes for providing personnel services to residents. This
includes residents’ daily requirements, meeting high-quality services up to standard, and
problem-solving up to residents’ satisfaction.
 Prepare & update the daily, weekly, and monthly camp occupancy reports & Admin
spreadsheets. Also monthly cost reports for all camp sections within the entire department.
 Managing stores & suppliers’ inventory & their personnel.
 Arrange sales & purchases related to departments.
 Maintained petty cash & invoices.
 Accountancy, Documentation, bookkeeping, and other miscellaneous reports and filings.
 Prepare & update camp admin & catering stores’ inventory log sheets.
 Preparation of administrative/management procedures and systems such as word processing,
files & records keeping, stenography and transcription, forms structures, and office expression
standard and Admin work terminology.
 Preparation of minutes of meetings, in addition to written shorthand, for further distribution to
the concerned stakeholders.
 Transcribes formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies, and transmits correspondence, documents,
data, and graphics.
 Word processes all manuscripts, letters, documents, and proposals.
 Recording and confirming the distribution of incoming mails/emails.
 Delegating & acting on my managers’ duties & responsibilities during their leave periods or
inattentive durations.
 Compiles, maintain, and update contacts log of camp admin sections’ directory & converting
data – information up to the latest true details.
 Updated posters, and brochures on bulletin board, and removed all outdated posted ones.
 Preparation of food menus & inventory supplies as per the ordered & agreed stores brand lists.
 Perform all related works to camps, catering & admin, as specified by employer & clients.

Delegating varied tasks while coordinating with camp Admin subordinates.
 Monitoring & reporting camp admin various crew performance.
 Efficiently supervising cleaning / housekeeping system before & during regular audits –
inspections.
 Assisting my subordinate’s staff to act independently while doing solely work.
 Preparation of set-up system for training and developing & updating camp employees’
documentation.
 Reporting to high management / HR personnel dept. whenever necessary & as required
 Proper handling & knowledge of office furnisher, tools & equipment, such as photocopiers, PCs,
printers, scanners & fax machines to optimize functional quality of camp admin operations.

Monthly end duties including accruals and prepayments, monthly commentary, and variance
analysis.
 Preparing monthly P&L reports for senior management as well as assisting in monthly-end
balance sheet & reconciliation.
 Responsible for purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliation, credit control, and managing
company cash flow.
 Receive goods & materials from suppliers and check if they are up to standard & specification
that meets our requirements, as mentioned in the purchase order.
 Ensure that materials are stored safely at the right locations.
 Keep a record of receipt and issues of the concerned materials & goods.
 Issue materials’ requisitions as described & based on requirements.
 Auditing purchase requisition of camp materials, equipment, and tools after being purchased.
 Process sales transactions.
 Calculate the cost of products or services.
 Accept payments.
 Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.
 Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request the additional change.
 Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
 Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise.
 Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information.
