TMUC is the largest transnational education institute with 6 campuses in major cities of Pakistan. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes from University of London, University of Hertfordshire and University of Cardiff in different disciplines. My work included; Conducting campus skill audit, Write compliance gap report identifying outcomes reached, support provided and next action plan agreed, Nationwide develop staff capacity building plans, Conduct staff trainings, Prepare and implement the annual programme plans in consultation with key stakeholders, Build and secure business partnerships to support programme development and enhance business reputation through research led programme activity, Monitoring and reporting the assessment and internal verification of each department/campus, Carry out campus BTEC compliance visit establishing whether or not assessment outcomes and internal verification processes meet BTEC standards, Provide support and develop staff understanding of new UK educational framework (RQF). Provide source materials for the standardisation of all assessors and internal verifiers.

Pearson is the world largest awarding body regulated by Ofqual in UK. Pearson offers academic and vocational qualifications that are globally recognised. It also offers efficacy, policy watch and training programmes around the world. I worked for Pearson as standard verifier for universities and colleges for London area.

Joined as Business Studies Lecturer, got promoted as Head of Department and later as Academic Registrar.
