I began my professional career in 2016 as a cash officer for Advans Pakistan Microfinance Bank Ltd. Prior to that, I worked as an intern for a Continental insurance company for six months. As a cash officer, my first internal audit was a “pass,” and after that, I got a promotion to customer service officer. As CSO, I am responsible for receiving customer loan applications and handling the account opening process. In 2017, I received an award for exceeding a branch deposit target, and management then assigned me the task of opening a branch in Larkana. After the success of my assignment, I got a promotion at BOM. In 2018, I was selected to work for the training department as a training officer. As a training officer, my job was to provide orientation, technical skills, and policy to new staff. Two years in a row, in appraisals, I got a “good performance” rating, and last year I got another promotion as a senior training officer. Now, I create the curriculum, training schedule, and TNA.
I have gotten four trainings or certifications on different topics, which have helped me in my career.
