I am writing to express my strong interest in Research Assistantship/MS. I have completed my 4-year degree program in BS Microbiology and Biotechnology with 3.75/4 CGPA. I chose to study biological sciences because of my keen interest in microbes and their potential applications and how they may harm humans and other living organisms. My final year project was on “The Predictive Etiology of LONG COVID Oncogenesis” and ever since I have completed my research on this topic am looking forward to do some more researches that are not in-silico. In-silico analysis helped me to understand and work on various tools and softwares to do genetic analysis and structural visualizations like MEGA X, PyMOL, Babel GUI, R studio, etc.

While doing my research on the oncogenesis of Long COVID I became interested in doing research. For this very reason I had to look for universities abroad that are well-reputed and offer a high level of education. My articles are submitted for review and publication. One of them is on “Subunit epitope vaccine prediction against SARS-CoV-2 using transmembrane and C-terminal domains of envelop protein” and another one is on the “Predictive etiology of Long COVID oncogenesis through SARS-CoV-2 proteins and AKT1 molecular docking interactions”.

I have previously worked as a teaching assistant for two whole semesters of Bioinformatics. During this time I got to learn a lot about leadership, teamwork, and troubleshooting.
